Lilburn, GA (Taseis Media Group) - During this year's Pre-Stellar Awards Show, Mark S. Hubbard & the Voices Won Their first Stellar for '2006 Traditional Choir of the Year'. While working on the album, Mark had to endure both the spiritual and physical pains that it takes to do a project of this magnitude. The title track, 'Blessin' Waitin' on Me," is not just a song but an anthem. At this year's Stellar Awards, it was proven that his 'blessin'" was truly waiting on him.

Mark is currently on the Utopia Music Group record label. Bishop Larry Trotter of Sweet Holy Spirit Church in Chicago is the CEO of Utopia and also Mark's pastor. To say the least, Bishop Trotter is truly proud of Mark's accomplishment.

'Blessin' Waitin' on Me" featured guest appearances from some of the industry's most notable figures. Donald Lawrence, Gospel super producer/artist/songwriter, appeared on the anointed track 'Deliverance," which also featured gospel powerhouse Gina Thurston. Gospel maestro Richard Smallwood laid the piano track on 'In His Presence." He also wrote 'When Jesus Came into My Life". Ted & Sheri masterfully told us to 'Lift Those Hands and Bless Him," a Thomas Whitfield remake. Mark's brother, Reginald Staggers penned the title cut 'Blessin' Waitin' on Me". Fellow Stellar Award winner Jonathan Nelson wrote 'Right Now Praise" and 'I'm Fighting (My Praise Is My Weapon)". Univocal Recording Artist Malcolm Williams wrote and led 'Help Me Praise the Lord". And let's not forget Tyscot recording artist VaShawn Mitchell wrote 'I Won't Let Go."
