Matthew Morrison To Perform At Live! From The Rainbow Room Concert Series
New York, NY (Top40 Charts / Rainbow Room) LIVE! from the Rainbow Room, a series of intimate, live performances inside one of New York's most glamourous and iconic settings, will feature Tony, Emmy and Golden Globe Award nominee, Matthew Morrison. Set 65 stories above the landmark Rockefeller Center with panoramic views in every direction, Morrison will host a one-night only performance on Monday, October 24th, for 250 guests.

Morrison is best known for his starring role on-screen in Fox's Glee, and in the Broadway productions Hairspray, South Pacific, Light in the Piazza, and Finding Neverland. In addition to releasing a Broadway standards album, Where It All Began, Morrison has received nominations for Tony, Emmy and two Golden Globe Awards.

"What better way to share a night of music than at one of New York City's most iconic venues," said Morrison. "The history that lives with the Rainbow Room speaks for itself, and I look forward to bringing a feeling of nostalgia to the stage, performing songs I feel are not only timeless, but ones that tell such great stories."

"We are thrilled to be continuing the success of the new LIVE! from the Rainbow Room concert series with an amazing line-up of talent who will offer our guests the opportunity to experience timeless music in a stunningly intimate setting," said Nick Mautone, Managing Director, Rainbow Room. ABOUT RAINBOW ROOM:
Quintessential New York glamour finds its home 65 stories above the landmark Rockefeller Center. Crowning the timeless Manhattan skyline, the iconic Rainbow Room offers a modern twist on classic old-world charm, tailoring special moments for private events, Sunday Brunch and unforgettable evenings of live entertainment. Since its debut in 1934, the Rainbow Room has drawn the world's elite to its curated, elevated and glamorous luxury. First operating as a formal supper club, the venue quickly became a New York City entertainment focal point. Rainbow Room's name was inspired by the installation of a color organ that automatically converted music into changing colors in harmony with the moods expressed by the music. Crystal curtains were added to the newly restored Rainbow Room to create a light shimmering veil at the windows without hindering the view. In 2012, the New York Landmarks Preservation Commission declared Rainbow Room a New York City Landmark, one of very few interior landmarks found in New York City.
