A Rapping Rooster- What The Cluck?
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ B-Clux Official Website) With B-Clux's first track 'I Love You Boy' blowing up on YouTube, the creator credits his success to a unique understanding of pop culture and a long-standing relationship with poultry.

While the idea for the character of B-Clux: Hip Hop's Pimp & Playa came from an old joke, Jon Cohen's interest in chickens came long before. The multi-talented creator, who also raps on the track, co-produced the video and co-wrote the lyrics started a clothing line called 'Chicken' in the early 2000's before conceiving Hip Hop's horniest hen.

The beat for 'I Love You Boy' was produced by Rock it Productions.

'Chickens are hilarious and completely non-threatening, which helps make the vulgarity work,' Cohen says. 'The idea was to create a character who acts like a Hip Hop cliché and has his way with women and farm animals while retaining mass appeal; only a rooster has that kind of panache.'

With over 650,000 views on YouTube in less than two weeks, and over 5,000 followers on Twitter, it seems that people are identifying with Cohen's clucked up vision. 'Rooster rap may very well be the future of Hip Hop, and B-Clux is the godfather of the whole movement, ' Cohen proclaims, way too seriously.

B-Clux has a new project in the works with a major player in the music industry, however, so the yolk just may be on us.
