NEW YORK (RapBassment Website) - The battle continues between Eminem and Ja Rule. This time it's Eminem's turn to lash out with the help of chart topper 50 Cent. The two Shady rappers have released a new mixtape called "Invasion Part II: Conspiracy Theory" where they say, "If Pac was still here now/ He would never ride with Ja".

According to RapBassment.com they also go on to "out" Ja Rule as a homosexual, and call Murder Inc. boss Irv Gotti old and fat. The track is reportedly in response to a line from a Ja Rule mix tape saying targeting Eminem's daughter Hailie.

In other Eminem news, Slim Shady and producer Dr. Dre are the targets of a copyright infringement lawsuit for allegedly sampling a song without permission. Dre's 1999 song "Let's Get High" allegedly samples the 1980 tune "Backstrokin'".
