New York, NY (Top40 Charts) The multi-Platinum and Grammy-nominated Goo Goo Dolls are set to play a UK tour starting in Norwich this Friday 8th October and culminating at Londons Eventim Apollo. The band will also release a new single Over and Over which impacts on October 28th.

Taken from the bands current album Boxes, the jubilant Over and Over has proven to be a highlight of the bands recent North American live shows. Theres just so much hope in that song, says vocalist/guitarist John Rzeznik.

Boxes is a vibrant, sonically forward-looking album that manages to retain what their legions of fans love about the Goo Goo Dolls indelible melodies, intimate, heartfelt lyrics, and the anthemic, uplifting vibe of their songs while pushing new boundaries in terms of sound and production.

Goo Goo Dolls have sold more than 12 million albums and have scored numerous crossover hits including Name, Slide and Iris the latter of which spent almost 12 straight months on the Billboard charts and held the #1 position for 17 consecutive weeks. Over the course of eleven studios albums, theyve toured the world countless times, been nomination for four Grammy Awards, andJohn Rzeznik was honoured with the Songwriters Hall of Fame Hal David Starlight Award.
