Los Angeles, CA (ImmenseOnline.com) - Immense is one of the most sought after rap artists to come out of the West Coast since the Game (who made his debut a few years back). He has already established himself as one of the most compelling and accomplished artists to come out of the Los Angeles hip hop scene in recent years. Immense has performed across the United States and have opened up for artists such as West Side Connection, Ja Rule, Ashanti, Dru Hill, the Rolling Stones, as well as countless other multi-platinum artists.

He's worked hand in hand and has been mentored by some of the West Coast's most legendary artists. Exclusively handpicked by Kurupt (of the Dogg Pound), he's also been schooled over the years by legends such as rap artist CJ Mac, super producers Tone Toven (Spice 1, Yo Yo), Battle Cat (Snoop Dogg, East Sidaz), and DJ Uneek (Bone Thugz N Harmony, Eazy E).

In 2003, Immense 1st single "Ask About Me" reached the independent Top 20 charts in 5 different countries. Over these last few years while honing his rap skills, Immense have been acting, appearing in movies and commercials (most notable: appearing in a Pepsi commercial), and modeling for clothing lines.

He has also had his share of interesting events happen to him. He miraculously escaped being shot from point blank range. He was stabbed with an ice pick in his heart and lungs which led him to being hospitalized in ICU. School officials cited his song "West Life" as adding to the gang violence at a Los Angeles high school. And he has even appeared in court for making threats towards Los Angeles Police officers.

While the world waits patiently for his full length debut solo album (in which he has recorded songs with the likes of Kurupt, Petey Pablo, Yukmouth, etc.) record labels have already began negotiating. As of today, 5 record labels have already entertained offers for signing him.

What and when can one expect to hear more from the iced out rapper? Immense offers a small sample of what is to come from him with the release of his new mixtape KURUPT introduces IMMENSE: Protect the West-West Coast Mixtape Vol. 1 Hosted by DJ AE. This mixtape is 100% free and will be available as a free download at numerous websites across the internet. Immense appears on 3 of the tracks from this West Coast inspired mixtape compilation that also features Kurupt, C-Bo, Yukmouth, Jayo Felony, Too Short, Layzie Bone, Messy Marv, and many more. The 3 songs that Immense appear on are mostly unreleased tracks from his archives, but offers a solid background for the fans who will be able to see the evolution of this artist between now and the time his major label album gets released in 2006.
