LOS ANGELES (AP) - K-Ci (of K-Ci & JoJo and Jodeci) is in even more trouble for allegedly unzipping his pants onstage at KIIS-FM's Jingle Ball in December 2000 in Los Angeles.

K-Ci (ne' Cedric Hailey) is now being sued by Rachel, Robin, and Robert Garcia (who attended the concert) for nuisance, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent infliction of emotional distress, and negligence.

The suit - filed Wednesday (Dec. 12) in Los Angeles Superior Court (and also against KIIS and Clear Channel) - claims that the plaintiffs suffered "fear, anxiety, anger, and embarrassment" as the result of K-Ci's antics at the event, which they describe as an "X-rated free for all." The Garcias also compare K-Ci's onstage behavior to that of both Marilyn Manson and Ozzy Osbourne, according to the suit.

In July, K-Ci received two years probation for lewd conduct, after pleading no contest to the charges in May. He was also ordered to pay a $910 fine.
