LOS ANGELES (Top40 Charts/ Teairra Mari Official Website) - Teairra Mari, the beautiful and multi-talented R&B sensation who first burst onto the scene in 2004 as the first lady of Roc-A-Fella Records, has announced the release of her sophomore studio album, At That Point, for October 20th, 2009. A follow-up to her internationally successful debut, Roc-A-Fella Presents: Teairra Mari, this album is set to reflect her tumultuous journey through the rough waters of the music industry, emerging with renewed strength and inspiration.

Mari first appeared on the scene when she joined forces with Jay-Z as the first artist signed under his reign as president of Def Jam Records. The duo paired for the smash single Make Her Feel Good, which reached No 35 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No 9 on the R&B Charts. Her debut album reached No 5 on the Billboard 200 album charts and No 2 on the R&B Charts as well. She has since collaborated with chart-topping artists such as Flo Rida, LL Cool J, Sammie, 3LW and others for music videos and spent what free time she had appearing alongside Jackie Long in the upcoming film "Doorman," and as spokesmodel for Jean Addicts. Now, with the fall release of At That Point, Teairra Mari is ready to take her place amongst the best R&B/Hip Hop artists of today.

The album's first single, Cause a Scene, debuted in early July as the first release under her new label, Warner Bros. Records, and the internet and radio are currently abuzz as it makes its way up the charts. This follows the success of promotional single Hunt 4 U back in January and extensive airplay for Diamonds, her duet with Kanye West. The rest of the album features collaborations with Flo Rida, Kanye, PleasureP, Rick Ross, and Nicki Minaj, while producers include The Clutch, Underdogs, The Runners, Danja, Cory Bold, Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins, Eric Hudson, Ron "NEFF-U" Feemstar, The Movement, DJ Clue, Polow Da Don, Tony Dixon, Miscke, Tank, and Rico Love.

"At That Point features some of today's biggest artists, which is only fitting as the album will surely propel Teairra to the next level of her career: superstardom," It Girl PR President/CEO Juliette Harris said. "Cause a Scene is just a taste of what is to come October 20th and in the future from this multi-talented, beautiful triple threat."
