The Third Edition Of La Tocada Fest Ended This Weekend In Orange County With A Sold Out Event
LOS ANGELES (Top40 Charts/ Entravision Communications) The third edition of LA TOCADA FEST, and the first to take place on 3 stages in Orange County, crowned the evening on October 11 at The Observatory with a great celebration by the audience and the group MAGO DE OZ, who closed the show after the performance of other outstanding urban, metal, ska and rock bands that include the return of MALDITA VECINDAD, LOS ANGELES DEL INFIERNO, MOLOTOV, RATA BLANCA, PANTEON ROCOCO and LIRAN ROLL, who opened the main stage with an almost full house.

Other relevant artists from Los Angeles and nearby areas who represent the genres of cumbia fusion, ska-core, Sonidero mix and rock, played an important role in LA TOCADA FEST. With sold-out tickets and long lines, even before the doors opened, the audience enjoyed exhibitions of great urban art, tattoo parlors, wrestling rings, traditional food and music on 3 stages in an atmosphere filled with peace and dance.

Although the radio station Superestrella 107.1 has previously presented magnificent sold out Latin rock concerts during the last 4 years, as part of El Reventón Superestrella (Staples Center), featuring the greatest Latin rock groups such as Café Tacuba, El Tri, Caifanes, La Ley, Fobia, Bunbury, Zoé and Molotov, among many others, LA TOCADA FEST aims at creating an event that represents the Latin diversity of the alternative art and music genre, an open space of this caliber and in this city that has been longed for.

"La Tocada Super Estrella was a Spanish rocker's dream, from the beginning to the end." Writes alternative website Al Borde, "What made this music and art festival memorable, besides the headliners, was the age gap between the different crowds. Since the event was all ages, there were kids with punk rock outfits and older couples sharing a beer and memories together. It was incredible to see the Latino rockero community come together from all over Los Angeles and Orange County."

This edition of LA TOCADA FEST saw metal and urban rock legends share the stage for the first time with the biggest numbers of Mexican rock and ska who agreed that LA TOCADA FEST paints a clear picture of the audience's Latino power that proved to be overwhelming in Southern California.
LA TOCADA FEST has been presented by Superestrella 107.1 and Frias Entertainment.
