lil iRocc signs with Powerhouse urban label Avista Records

NEW YORK (Avista Records) - Powerhouse urban gospel label, Avista Records in conjunction with Authority Music announces the signing of 2004 Stellar Award Winner lil iROCC Williams. Lil iROCC Williams debuted last year, June 2003 with his self-titled debut via EMI CMG Forefront Records and EMI Gospel. As a freshman on the music scene Lil iROCC achieved historical success with his debut self-titled CD In 2003 on EMI CMG.
The CD made No 15 on Soundscan Christian Album Charts and No 27 on the Top Contemporary Christian Albums Charts along With No 33 on Gospel Albums Charts. In addition, he was the winner of a 2004 Stellars Awards for Children's Performance of the Year! And nominated for a 2004 Dove Award in the Rap/Hip Hop Album category.
