Sydney, AU. (SONY BMG MUSIC Entertainment) -- With their long-awaited album 'Light Grenades' set to explode in stores on November 25, Mike and Brandon from Incubus have given fans a candid look into how their new album was made and all the ingredients that went in to it via this cool new 20 minute podcast, taking you track by track through their own personal journey of 'Light Grenades'. Tune in here. Brandon and Mike from Incubus reckon there's "all kinds of enthusiasm" boiling in their world at the moment, with the release of new album 'Light Grenades' fast on the approach for November 25.

Chatting about their new creation, the guys take you track by track through the process that helped make the opus Brandon says is their "most worthy album to date"

Hear how opening track 'Quicksand' made the cut onto the album, what inspired the heavy French-kissing imagery for their track 'A Kiss To Send Us Off' and why the title track 'Light Grenades' really excites Brandon...

Also hear them talk about one of their proudest tracks on the album, the first single 'Anna Molly', which Brandon says - like their best "rock out" tracks - was written quickly and effortlessly.

"Lyrically it's a lament about the perfect woman in my mind's eye being anomalous - she probably doesn't exist - and trying to transcend that strange emotion that a lot of people go through - women have about men and men have about women - whatever - that they have this idea in their mind about what their perfect mate when what they should be doing is trying to experience a human being for what they are and not what they think they should be."

Hear Mike and Brandon's full podcast here.

With over 11 million albums sold worldwide, 'Light Grenades' is the sixth album from the Californian rockers and follows their Gold-selling #2 smash 'A Crow Left Of The Murder' (2004) and their Platinum selling album 'Morning View' (2002) (which reached #3 on the ARIA albums chart) with 13 rockin' tracks designed to blow yer heads off..

Take cover when one of the biggest rock albums of the year lands on Saturday, November 25.
