The 2016 Remix Awards were held March 17-18th at the W Hotel South Beach during Miami
Music Week / WMC in Miami, Florida. The Remix Awards are determined by North American radio airplay and the quality of sound production in each category by a panel of professional judges consisting of resident DJs from the nationally syndicated "Remix Top30 Countdown" radio mixshow.
The leading electronic dance music (EDM) DJs and producers were in attendance giving interviews and presenting awards. A-list artists in attendance included Steve Angello, Zedd, The Chainsmokers, Jonas Blu, Afrojack, Armin van Buuren, Kaskade, R3hab,
