As Cities Burn Announce Second Leg Of Their US Headline Tour
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Louisiana post-hardcore outfit, As Cities Burn, announced the second leg of their US headlining tour after the release of Scream Through The Walls, their first new album in a decade this spring. The band will hit the road again with support from All Get Out and Many Rooms. The long-awaited album via Equal Vision Records this past May finds the Bonnette brothers, Cody and TJ, reuniting to share vocal duties for the first time since their seminal debut, Son, I Loved You At Your Darkest, in 2005. The album title, taken from the lyrics of the third single, "Hollowed Out", is central to the overall mission of the record as it deals directly with Cody Bonnette's attempts to find the motivation to overcome his own bouts of debilitating depression and self-imposed isolation.

On a grander scale, Scream Through The Walls applies to the symbolism of the walls we erect around ourselves in hard times and to the destructive path society is barrelling down as a result of our reliance on technology. Throughout the ten songs, As Cities Burn strikes a powerful balance of intimate revelations and universal relatability.
