New York, NY (Top40 Charts) We are Dying Habit an alternative rock band from North Wales. Our music is big, melodic and emotive. We have our own distinctive style, avoiding the use of the direct and plain... while staying accessible. Dying Habit are Nathan Jones on Vocals, Alan Hart on Guitar, Aled Hughes on Bass and Mark Jones on Drums. We have been fine tuning our style and song writing since our formation in 2011 building up to the style we have achieved for our latest album 'Unrealities' - a style we believe is unique amongst the current alternative rock genre. We have shows booked in and around the North West area of the UK over the summer season. Our live show is engaging, intense and exhilarating, make sure to check us out!Our forthcoming album 'Unrealities' tackles many of our generations social issues, including mental health. It's targeted at an audience who have experienced 'hard-ship' of sorts in their lives and who therefore perceive the world differently to those who have not yet... From relationship break-downs, to family issues to life and death, our songs are meant to emphasize our attitude to these factors which, hopefully will be relatable to our audience. Unrealities..... we all have some kind of goal we aim for, be it a job, a passion or a style of life we really want. Hopes and dreams is what keeps us all going. Many of us do the jobs we do to get us closer to whatever we want to achieve. Whilst many of us are content with our jobs and feel content with who we are. Whatever the case, our ambitions are 'Unrealities' in society..an illusion in society's eyes. Our upcoming single 'Unrealities' is about never giving up on your dreams as unreal as they may seem. Unreal means failure and failure leads to success. Be true to your self and never stray from the path your heart puts you on. Unrealities was recorded by Loic Gaillard at the Motor Museum Studio, Liverpool, and it was mastered in Sweden by Henrik Udd in July 2018.
