Empathic Sign With Epochal Artists Records For The Release Of Sophomore Album This Summer
LOS ANGELES (Top40 Charts/ Epochal Artists Records) Omaha, Nebraska based Emphatic have signed with Epochal Artists Records/Capital Music Group for the release of their upcoming new album. Emphatic is currently in Los Angeles recording with guitarist Justin McCain serving as producer. The group's sophomore album is expected to be released later this summer via the label.

"We are very proud to be a part of the Epochal/Capitol Records family and excited to see what the future brings," said guitarist Justin McCain. "We are currently in the studio recording and very excited about the direction that the record has taken. This album will be bit darker and a little bit more serious, but is still very versatile and has a strong sense of melody to it. We can't wait for Empathic fans to hear it."

Emphatic are best known for their major label debut album "Damage", which produced the hit single "Bounce", and shot the album onto the Billboard Heatseekers charts at #9. The album was produced by Howard Benson (Three Days Grace, Halestorm), and featured A Perfect Circle's Josh Freese playing drums on the record. From there, the band went on to take part in the Carnival Of Madness Tour alongside hard rock heavyweights Theory of a Deadman, Alter Bridge, Black Stone Cherry, and Adelitas Way.
