Recently, there was an incident in the Philippines where a transgender woman was arrested for using the women’s bathroom in a Manila shopping mall. That trans woman is Gretchen Diez, the one responsible for triggering this nationwide debate, and who is now probably the most talked about trans woman in the Philippines. Gretchen agreed to interview with Asian Boss to share her experience and how the incident changed her. This is her story.
