Hard Starting,Running and Idling Rough Troubleshooting Issues

I was working on a project anyways but said come on by and i'll do some trouble shooting. He wasn't lying that jeep 4.0 engine was in rough shape. The vacuum was low and the needle was bouncing around 10inches of vacuum. we did a compression test while the other cylinders were at about 145 psi one cylinder #6 was dead had no compression at all.
