DARMSTADT, Germany (Top40 Charts) - Nadja Benaissa (26 years old) is on top of her career as she is one of the lead singers of Germany's most successful girl group 'No Angels.'
Unfortunately, Nadja is currently under fire as she is held under the suspicion that she caused "grievous bodily harm" to a male partner she allegedly infected with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV).
The public prosecutor's office in the German town of Darmstadt says Benaissa is being held because of the "urgent suspicion that the accused had unprotected sexual intercourse with three people in the years 2004 and 2006 without telling them beforehand that she was HIV positive."
At least one of these partners has tested positive for HIV, allegedly as a result of having had intercourse with the singer.

Selling more than 5 million records worldwide with her five member girl group No Angels, Nadja Benaissa has been a subject of complaint by three men who she did not inform about her medical condition before they had unprotected intercourse.
