New York, NY (Top40 Charts / Sean O'Loughlin) Rock Music Online Magazine Publisher Sean O'Loughlin, former publisher of Rock n Roll Yellow Pages, is building a new online rock music magazine - RockBands.nyc. The magazine will target a global audience of musicians, fans and tourists who are interested in what's happening in the rock music scene in New York City.
