Emilio Estefan holds Talent Search in New York for next Latin Superstar

WHO: Telemundo and Estefan Television Productions hold a talent search in New York for their up-coming weekly reality series "Nuevas Voces of America" (New Voices of America).

WHAT: Under the close supervision of Latin music mogul Emilio Estefan, 20 aspiring stars will be selected from all across America to live together for several weeks to undergo intense music and singing coaching and image transformations that will prepare them for weekly competition, followed by a voting process that will ultimately determine the new voice of America. "Nuevas Voces de America's" final winner will receive a grand prize including a recording contract with a major record label. The program will launch on Telemundo at the beginning of next year.

HOW: To participate in casting sessions, candidates must be U.S. residents, at least 18 years of age, and fluent in Spanish with the ability to sing in that language. They should not have any prior representation by a record label, and may participate in either a live audition or by mail, but not both.
