LOS ANGELES (www.annalick.com) - DREAMS COME TRUE IN ARCADIA: As ANNA NALICK prepares for the release of her debut CD WRECK OF THE DAY, the 20-year-old singer-songwriter was thrilled to hear that the album's first single "Breathe (2 AM)" was used in a high school sequence on a recent episode of CBS-TV's "Joan of Arcadia."
The critically acclaimed prime time show - set in ANNA's former hometown of Arcadia, California - centers around another young woman who herself is grappling with an ever-changing life. "What a great coincidence," says ANNA.
"I'm loving how a song I wrote about my life experiences is being featured in a TV show that's set in my old hometown."

Beyond the television exposure for the song, ANNA just returned from a series of dates in the U.S. and performed at the world famous Roxy in Los Angeles, where she played "Breathe (2AM)" and other tracks from WRECK OF THE DAY.
Due out January 25 on Columbia, the album is a refreshing blend of sophisticated wordplay, haunting melodies, sublime textures and atmosphere. The strikingly melodic "Breathe (2 AM)," examines life's uncertainties and offers comfort as ANNA describes "three different situations that were intertwined during a particular period of time."
