America or 'Busted'; UK Trio to star in their own Reality TV Show on MTV 2

NEW YORK (Universal Motown Records Group) - UK super group Busted who recently released their self-titled CD for the first time in the US will also star in their own reality TV show on MTV 2. The first episode of "America Or Busted" will air November 19th at 9PM. The six episode series will chronicle the everyday lives of this UK phenomena to see if this band has what it takes to break in the US and determine if Charlie, Matt and James can survive their extended stay away from home.

Busted are no strangers to the world of fame and super stardom. Busted holds the record as the second highest selling recording artist in the UK. They also hold a Guinness record as the only UK group ever to have their first singles debut at number 3, 2 and 1.
In addition, to fantastic album sales, they were winners at the BRIT Awards (British Record Industry Trust, similar to the U.S. Grammys) for "British Breakthrough Artist" and "Best Pop Act,' beating out not only Christina Aguilera, but pop staples such as Justin Timberlake and the Black Eyed Peas.

Busted is currently on a sold out arena tour in the UK for the months of November and December playing for over 100,000 fans. They will return to states in March 2005 to perform for one lucky school as party of the Cingular Wireless/360 Youth Promotion. Album in stores now!
