New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Jamaica-born sultry singer Levantay is back with the release of her new music video to her song "BeYoutiful". The song was released previously this year and accompanied an inspiring lyrical video. This time around, she released a new video for the song which is part of a bigger movement which she expresses in her BeYOUtiful Project Documentary featuring the singer and the women in the official "BeYoutiful" video. Her song "BeYoutiful" has been a motivating force in the lives of many women who listen to the track.
According to the singer, "This song is a celebration of those who are brave enough to live from the core and chart their own path." She encourages young and old, but especially women, to "step out of the boxes others create for us and stand in our own truth." The "BeYoutiful" video can be viewed on YouTube as previously announced by the singer herself via her Blog.
The video, which was released a week ago for the single, has already received over 3,400 views on YouTube. She hopes that the video will be inspiring and received well, and that buyers will hopefully end up buying her single.
Upon watching the video, two things obviously stuck out. First of these is the singer enclosed in a box trying her best to escape and second is the beautiful women of different shapes, sizes and racial backgrounds dancing and singing in the video. However, comments regarding the message in the video are what people are mainly talking about.
The singer sends a powerful message throughout the video and her lyrics prove more inspiring than ever. Sharing her reasons as to why she decided to use other women in her music video and documentary, she admits "My music is personal and transformative for me and when I share it with others I find that it is impactful because at the end of the day we are all sharing the same human experience.
