NASHVILLE, TN. (Webster PR) - Blue Diamond Records is proud to announce Jill King is heading back into the studio for her sophomore project. Following the success of the 2003 'JillBilly', King's debut album, she is in the process of selecting tracks to cut while in the studio February. King's current single 'Makes Perfect Sense' is a testament to her decision to get back into the studio, as it is the fourth single to be released and to climb the Music Row charts.
'The single is on its fifth week, just above Lonestar and Trent Willmon,' says manager Ken Woods. 'We are all ready to get back into the studio and let Jill do what she does best!'

Jill King has always been known as one of the best traditional female singers in Music City, and she hopes to live up to that reputation as she finalizes song choices for her new album. 'I'm still going through songs, and in the process I've found some great tunes!' Jill explains.
Jill's music has been described in various ways, but perhaps George Pedan, Senior Writer and Independent Features Editor for Country Review, has described best, 'Call it chemistry, luck, persistence, good fortune, whatever, but Jill King has that hard-to-label and elusive 'it.' And she has it in buckets."
