Songtrust Expands Business Operations To Europe; Names Mandy Aubry Director, Global Business Development
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Songtrust, the world's largest collection platform for songwriting and music publishing royalties, is expanding its global presence to Europe with a new office in Amsterdam.

Since launching in 2011, Songtrust's global collection offering has grown to manage over 1 million song copyrights composed by over 100,000 unique songwriter clients -- more than any other copyright administrator in the world. Today, the Songtrust platform enables clients to seamlessly and quickly collect royalties from over 100 countries through its direct affiliation with over 40 national and international collection societies, and direct digital deals in the United States with the likes of Amazon, Apple Music, Pandora, Spotify, and YouTube.

To lead its expansion in Europe, Songtrust has hired Mandy Aubry as Director of Global Business Development and Client Relations. Based in Amsterdam, Aubry will help expand Songtrust into Europe and beyond, with a focus on working with labels, publishers, and businesses. Aubry comes to Songtrust with over twenty years of industry experience across the record and music publishing industries. Most recently, Aubry spent a decade at the highly respected Dutch rights management company, Fintage House, until its music division was sold to Kobalt Music last year. During her time at Fintage, Aubry was largely responsible for managing client relationships and developing the company's diverse international music publishing roster from film and TV production companies including Vanacore Music, MRC, and Alcon Sleeping Giant, to publishing companies such as Nettwerk Music Publishing and Big Yellow Dog, to singer-songwriters of the likes of Tori Amos and Jason Mraz.

"We are thrilled to have Mandy Aubry helm our Songtrust presence in Europe," said Joe B. Conyers III, Songtrust's General Manager. "Mandy has a deep knowledge of the music publishing space and understands the diverse needs of various stakeholders, from writers and artists to labels and publishers. The addition of her unique perspective to Songtrust's executive team will be key in reinforcing the value of our platform to businesses and creators at all levels in the European market and beyond."

"Songtrust's core ideology sits really well with me," said Mandy. "Songtrust allows any songwriter, publisher, or copyright owner to get their foot on the collection ladder. It takes the complexity of the process out of the equation and offers an affordable, flexible service with no long-term commitment, something that is also increasingly appealing to established songwriters and copyright owners, including those with high royalty income streams. Many are looking for simply great publishing administration. Songtrust's technology is a welcome addition to the often antiquated world of publishing collection, and I am truly thrilled to be working with Justin [Kalifowitz], Joe, and the team in growing their international presence."

About Songtrust
