NASHVILLE, TN. (SONY BMG) - Charismatic Arista Nashville newcomer Keith Anderson showcased a dynamic performance style and powerful songwriting chops for the nation's top radio pros in Nashville last week for the annual Country Radio Seminar, and Keith brought that back to fans at Rochester, New York's WBEE 92.5 this Tuesday, as listeners packed the station for a chance to catch Keith's live, in-studio performance as part of WBEE's 'Random Acts of Country' series.

Fans had already begun amassing - in mid-workday, no less - by 9:30 AM in advance of Keith's 11 AM station visit. On-air for an hour, Keith's appearance included several songs live in the studio, and the enthusiasm from the fans was a clear testament to the impact of his debut single, 'Pickin' Wildflowers,' which the station has been playing with great response. WBEE PD and afternoon personality Billy Kidd remarked, 'As soon as we started playing it, the phones started ringing - and people have been calling us and requesting the song by title AND artist, which is pretty unusual for a new artist - and a really good sign for Keith.'

With enough space at WBEE to accommodate an audience, the fans became part of the show from right inside the studio, clapping along, adding their energy to Keith's performance, and gathering afterward for autographs and photos in WBEE's most successful 'Random Acts' event to date.

A performance later that night for Syracuse's B104.7 WBBS attracted nearly 300 fans (and a great many women fans) who braved some icy roads for a 40-minute set from Keith. Happy to return the favor, Keith stayed for more than an hour to sign autographs for the appreciative crowd, many of whom were sporting a copy of a recent edition of Country Weekly that profiled Keith.

WBBS station APD Skip Clark raved, 'Keith's show in Syracuse was phenomenal. His stellar vocals, great stage presence, and awesome songs made for a wonderful night that won him lots of fans…especially the ladies. And the calls and requests for 'Pickin' Wildflowers' haven't stopped since. He's a star in the making.'

Co-written by Keith, John Rich, and Kim Williams, 'Pickin' Wildflowers,' continues to grow on the charts, sprouting this week to #30* at R&R and #33* at Billboard. The track is from Keith's upcoming debut album, Three Chord Country and American Rock & Roll, in stores May 3.
