NEW YORK (Columbia Records) - Frankie J's eagerly-awaited new album, 'The One', is in stores today from Columbia Records.
One of the most hotly-anticipated new albums of the year, Frankie J's The One features guest performances by Baby Bash and production by Mario Winans, Bryan-Michael Cox and Happy Perez.

The explosive first single from 'The One', "Obsession (No Es Amor)," featuring Baby Bash, is already blowing up on radio stations across the country, currently ranking No 2 at Top 40 Rhythm and No 5 at Top 40 Mainstream radio. A second single from the album, "How To Deal," produced by Brian-Michael Cox, promises to push Frankie J's profile into the stratosphere.

Frankie J is slated for numerous national television appearances in support of 'The One' and will be seen on "Good Morning America" (March 24), "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" (March 28), "Jimmy Kimmel Live" (April 12) and the "CBS Saturday Show" (April 23).

Born in Tijuana and raised in San Diego, vocalist Frankie J came to early prominence as a dance music artist, then as a lead singer in the platinum Latin pop group AB Quintanilla y Los Kumbia Kings (whose 1999 debut album sold half a million copies and earned the group a Grammy nomination).
His 2003 debut solo album, 'What's A Man To Do?', featured the smash hit, "Don't Wanna Try."
