NEW YORK (AP) - Paul McCartney and Wyclef Jean are among the artists confirmed to perform at the annual Nobel Peace Prize concert Dec. 11 in Oslo. Other musical guests set to honor this year's laureate, United Nations secretary general Kofi Annan, are Natalie Imbruglia, Youssou N'Dour, a-ha, Russell Watson, and Kodo.

The concert, to be hosted by Meryl Streep and Liam Neeson, will be held in the 8,000-capacity Oslo Spektrum and is expected to be recorded for broadcast on Norwegian and international TV stations in the following weeks.

The Nobel Peace Prize is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. At last year's event, also hosted by Streep, Bryan Adams, Westlife, Sissel, Bryn Terfel, and Femi Kuti paid homage to South Korean president Kim Dae-Jung's contributions to peacemaking efforts in Korea, East Timor, and Myanmar.
