NASHVILLE, TN. (www.redmetric.com/ www.digitonerecords.com) - Fresh off a great performance with legendary national rockers Joan Jett and The Blackhearts and The Smithereens and their first headline show at the great Norva Theater, Hampton Roads, VA indie rockers Red Metric take their high octane live show to America when they embark upon the "Indian Summer Tour" September 1.

The band will be supporting their latest full length CD "The New World Drama" available on Digitone Records.

The band's first stop on the tour will be at the legendary 12th and Porter club in Nashville, TN. The tour will take the band to 20+ cities throughout the US and will conclude with a "grand finale" show in Tiffin, OH September 24. Tiffin is home to Red Metric bassist Adam Powers and the band is excited about concluding the tour in what has become their home away from home.

This is the band's second self sponsored national tour and with the backing of their new record label, Digitone Records, this tour is expected to garner considerably more publicity and exposure than the band's 2004 national tour. The band is fortunate this year also to be backed by their newest corporate partner, Full Armor Clothing. The band has just signed an exclusive endorsement deal with Full Armor Clothing and is proud to be promoting (and wearing) their great products all over the nation.

For more information on Red Metric and the Indian Summer Tour, please contact Gary Gaskin at Digitone Records.
