Total Christian Television will broadcast LIVE from its
Red Carpet Event which will begin at 5:30pm on the evening of October 22, 2005.
A special health program from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM entitled The Spirit of Good Health(r) is a free community health initiative offering screenings for vision, blood pressure and cholesterol, giveaways and entertainment. This is sponsored by AARP HealthCare Options, Insured by United HealthCare.
The Red Carpet Event will feature live performances from gospel music's rising stars, up-close and personal interviews with the inductees and much, much more! Gospel music artists, producers, media and industry lovers will be there for the Red Carpet as they wait to enter the ballroom for the prestigious event to begin.
The 2005 inductees to the International Gospel Music Hall of Fame and Museum were nominated from around the world and are as follows: Aretha Franklin, Rev. F.C. Barnes, Luther Barnes & The Sunset Jubilaires, John P. Kee, Rev. Timothy Wright, Bishop Paul S. Morton, Rev. Dr. Lawrence C. Roberts and Dr. Myles Munroe.
The stars of the gospel music industry will be coming from all over to honor these living legends, with special guest appearances by Emily "Cissy" Houston, Pastor Marvin L. Winans, Lewis Gibbs, Pastor Rance Allen, Bill & Essie Moss, Marcus Cole,Evelyn Turentine Agee, Witness, Bishop Neal Roberson, The Christianires, The Whitfield Group and many more!
