New York, NY (JLM PR, INC) - The EARS Foundation announced today that Sizzla, Raekwon, Rell, and Deemi have joined Juelz Santana as performers in The Christmas For Katrina Toy Drive & Concert Event to be held Saturday, December 17th from 2pm-7pm at The Skate Key Entertainment Complex located at 220 East 138th Street in the Mott Haven section of The Bronx.

Juelz Santana, who has the No 1 hip-hop album in the country was the first artist to confirm and says about his participation, 'I'm very fortunate and blessed to be in a position to donate my time to the raising of funds for the Hurricane victims. I hope that everyone can come out and support this positive event". Juelz Santana will be performing songs from his newly released album, What The Game's Been Missin, including the hit single 'There It Go (The Whistle Song).'

Joining Juelz is singing sensation, Deemi, who is working on her debut album, Soundtrack Of My Life, to be released on Dangerous/Family-Ties/Atlantic Records, Spring 2006. The Puerto Rican beauty who calls Bed Stuy, Brooklyn home, says of her participation, "It's the least I can do. I can't even imagine what that must be like. They lost loved ones, their homes, and their communities. How can I really say that I'm a voice for the 'hood", and not participate in something like this, especially when I know most of the people are from the low income neighborhoods affected by Katrina.' Until her album is released, Deemi's 'Move,' featuring Fabulous is circulating in the streets who have named her, 'The Hoodz Princess.'

Perhaps the most captivating and enigmatic performer to emerge from Jamaica in the last twenty years, an exciting and electrifying addition to the lineup is reggae superstar, Sizzla, the first reggae artist signed to The Dame Dash Music Group. Currently on tour, Sizzla is making a stop in New York for The Christmas For Katrina Toy Drive and Concert. 'We wanted Sizzla to be a part of Christmas For Katrina because his music delivers a message that speaks to poverty, homelessness, cultural pride, and oppression,' offers Tonya Lewis, President of The EARS Entertainment Group. 'It's appropriate that Sizzla lend his voice to the youth displaced by Hurricane Katrina.'

The second artist from The Dame Dash Music Group to confirm is RELL - the first male R&B solo artist signed to Roc-a-Fella Records, Rell got his first break in 1998, appearing in Dame Dash's State Property and Jay-Z's rap cult flick and Streets Is Watching. He's recorded with Jay-Z, Mary J. Blige, Young Gunz, and Beenie Sigel to name a few and will release his debut album, Long Time Coming, in 2006 which features production from Scott Storch, Rafael Saddiq, Ryan Leslie, Bink, Walter (Mil Sap), and Easy Moe Bee.

Many of the families displaced from New Orleans are living in the New York area and The EARS Foundation (a division of The EARS Entertainment Group) has partnered with The Red Cross to invite them to The Christmas For Katrina Toy Drive/Concert Event FREE OF CHARGE where they'll be lavished with toys and surrounded by their new New York community.

The event is sponsored by WPRW-FM Power 105.1 and Toys For Tots in conjunction with The American Red Cross, with promotional support provided by YRB Magazine. General admission is $10 and an unwrapped toy.
