London, UK (V2 Music) - Isobel Campbell and her trusty sidekick Mark Lanegan release the tracks 'Honey Child' and 'St James Infirmary' as a single in March. The tracks will be available as downloads from Itunes and all other major download sites from March 3rd. The 2 tracks will then be released as a 7' single on April 3rd.

'Honey Child' is taken from Isobel and Mark's critically acclaimed top 40 album 'Ballad Of The Broken Seas, released in January this year. 'St James Infirmary' - (sometimes called the St James Infirmary Blues) - a non-album track brought to the project by Mark Lanegan - is a cover of the traditional blues number recorded by everyone from Louis Armstrong to The White Stripes. It was recorded by Mark and Isobel in LA and mixed in Glasgow by Isobel.

Isobel Campbell is touring in February. She will be performing songs from the album 'Ballad Of The Broken Seas', amongst others. Mark Lanegan will not be performing at these shows. However, Scottish indie legend Eugene Kelly of Vaselines/Eugenius fame will on hand to sing Mark Lanegan's parts. Also in Isobel's band are Jim McCulloch (ex-Soup Dragons), Dave McGowan (part-time Teenage Fanclub member) and Dave Gormley.
