NEW YORK (Top40 Charts) - O-Town have confirmed that work is well underway on their follow up album.

The stars of the hit US reality show Making The Band recently spoke to worldpop and revealed that Jacob, Trevor, Ashley, Erik and Dan are aiming for a much more personal presence on the follow up to their self titled debut album.

The second album has no name or release date as of yet, but Dan assured worldpop that work on O-Town's second album was well underway. He said, 'We've been writing and demo-ing and doing our own stuff for a while for the next album, and it's all coming together now.'

Jacob described how the formula that won acclaim on their first album is not something they would be changing. He said: 'We've really taken it upon ourselves to write the songs that mean something to us. Our first record really laid down a good map of what that should be. We really wanted to follow that but with more of a personal presence.

However, O-Town are by no means finished with their first album.
Their fourth single release is Love Should Be A Crime, which is out on Monday 11 February.
