OACKLAND, CA. (www.flipsyde.com) - Flipsyde, the hip-hop revolutionaries on Cherrytree/Interscope Records, will bring their dynamic live show to the Theatre at MSG this Friday, April 21, as part of the Honda Civic Tour, along with the Black Eyed Peas & Pussycat Dolls. Check out tour press feedback thus far:

- "Honda Civic Tour openers Flipsyde were dope. They were the more adventurous band of the night, musically speaking." - The Fresno Bee

- "A pleasant surprise was warm-up band, Flipsyde. They quickly had the audience on its feet with an enthusiastic and skilled performance." - The Reno Gazette Journal

- "Fire up your IPOD. Flipsyde - a new breed of hip-hop, Latin-inspired, rock-infused band - is on the rise." - The Cincinnati Enquirer

While in New York City, MTV News will interview Flipsyde at their MSG soundcheck, the band will also pay a visit to Sirius Satellite Radio for an interview on "Faction," they'll perform live on The Elvis & JV Show (92.3 Free FM) on Friday at 12 noon, and will stop by Fuse TV studios to debut the video for their next single, "Happy Birthday" - a moving track about the unborn child MC Piper had to abort as a young man. The video will premiere on Friday, April 28 on Fuse's Daily Download.

Serviced to US rhythm crossover radio stations last week, "Happy Birthday" has been making waves overseas with peak chart positions at #4 in Germany, #3 in Sweden and Top 15 in Austria and Switzerland. The single has also reached Top 10 on ITUNES in Germany, Sweden & Denmark.
