PHILADELPHIA, PA (RMD Entertainment Group) - RMD Entertainment Group (OTC: RMDG) announced today that their involvement with the famed "Texas Beach Festival" exceeded expectations and enabled them to expand their content base substantially. Aside from the fact that RMD was able to share in the revenue generated at the event itself, the staggering amount of hip-hop related content they were able to obtain along with Beaty Four Entertainment will provide for more distribution options than originally anticipated. Beyond the electric performances turned in by Houston's powerhouse players like Mike Jones, Dem Franchize Boyz, and Chamillionaire, the Galveston crowd was overwhelmed by the effort turned in by up-and-comers Roc Monee, Big Kuntree, Dirty Earthlings, and Trae among others. While these performances moved the crowd and were the big draw for the show, what made this moment valuable was the fact that a four-camera crew captured the performance and three other cameras at the festival gathered some of the most colorful footage ever gathered at this event. Originally, the footage amassed during the show was to be edited into one piece and distributed as "The Texas Beach Festival"; however, after RMD CEO Giorgio Costonis and Beaty Four Entertainment CEO Frank Beaty saw the performance footage, they agreed that there was enough footage of each performer to produce an entire series. This decision gave birth to the "Texas Beach Festival - Show Me Your Grill Series." Each performance will be edited into its own separate project and distributed individually by RMD through Bungalo Records (exclusively distributed by Universal Music & Video Distribution) and The Pickwick Group Ltd. RMD CEO Giorgio Costonis commented, "This experience was unparalleled for RMD on so many levels. Not only did we see exactly how well our company vision tracks with a massive crowd, but we also had the foresight to film it. We obtained at least ten times the amount of useable footage than predicted which means we have ten times the anticipated distribution revenue potential. This was our first project at this level, and while a learning experience, we are pleased with the results."
