Grand Entertainment & Music, Inc. Announces Joint Venture Distribution Agreement With Avanti Records S.R.

MONTREAL, CA. (Grand Entertainment & Music) - Grand Entertainment & Music Inc. announced today that the company, through its affiliation with Mango Music World, has entered into a preliminary multi-year renewable joint venture with Avanti Records S.R. The final contract is expected to be signed within the next thirty days.

This agreement grants Mango Music World the right to distribute the entire Avanti Catalogue throughout North America. This catalogue consists of over 300 titles and includes internationally famous artists such as Cuba de Hoy, Caribe Girls, and the latest Latin heart throb Alain Daniel. Avanti Records will also distribute the entire Gem Music and Mango Music World catalogues throughout their retail distribution channels. Avanti currently distributes to thousands of stores throughout the Caribbean, South America and Spain.
