(Launch) - Although details are still sketchy, it looks like Milarepa and the Beastie Boys' Adam Yauch are resurrecting the Tibetan Freedom Concert after taking a year off. No city or date has been announced for the concert, but an announcement is expected in the next week. In 1999 Milarepa, the organization that staged the concerts, got ambitious putting on shows in Chicago, Amsterdam, Sydney and Tokyo. Past concerts have been held in San Francisco, New York and Washington D.C. to raise awareness and funds for Tibetan people. The fact that the concert didn't take place last year doesn't mean that the goal has been accomplished. "The real objective is to get Tibet free and there's a lot of work that needs to be done for that to happen. And it's going to take a lot of people's focus to make that happen," Yauch, who is one of the concert organizers, said.
