Better Than Ezra adds tour dates

(Launch) - With the single "Extra Ordinary" now charting both on the Billboard Adult Top 40 and Mainstream Rock Tracks charts, Better Than Ezra has added more tour dates in support of its next album, "Closer," due from Beyond Music Aug. 7. The latest routing concentrates in the western states, including a two-night stand at the famed Roxy Theatre in the group's hometown, Los Angeles. "Closer" is Better Than Ezra's fourth album, but its first for independent label Beyond, after a long tenure with Elektra.

- 8/15 Santa Ana, Calif., Galaxy Theatre.
- 8/22 Englewood, Colo., Park West.
- 8/25 Greeley, Colo., University of Northern Colorado.
- 8/26 Salem, Ore., LB Day Amphitheater.
