LOS ANGELES (Top40 Charts/Ozzy Osbourne Official Website) - Ex-Ozzy Osbourne and Motley Crue drummer, Randy Castillo has died of cancer in Los Angeles at the age of 51. Castillo was diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma two years ago and was successfully treated at the time.

Ten days ago he re entered the hospital with neck pains and died in his sleep on Tuesday. He was currently working with Alice in Chains bassist Like Inez on a new project. "I am heartbroken about the passing of one of my dearest friends,� reads a post on Ozzy�s web site.
