Nashville, TN (Craig Morgan Official Website) - Craig Morgan kicks off his fall tour this Friday night (Sept. 8) with a show in Clarksville, Tenn., home of Ft. Campbell and the 101st Airborne Division. This is a hometown show for the Nashville native, who currently resides just down the road in Dickson, Tenn. Morgan's fall dates are in support of his highly-anticipated fourth studio album, to be released on October 31st on Broken Bow Records.

Titled Little Bit of Life, the album pairs Morgan and his long-time co-producer Phil O'Donnell for the first time with producer Keith Stegall (Alan Jackson, Terri Clark) and delivers a collection of music that is timeless, classic country, yet infused with a bright, contemporary sound.

The release's lead single, the title track, is in its first weeks at radio is already quickly ascending the country charts. Other noteworthy tracks on the CD include 'Tough,' a reflective, moving ode to the strength of a special woman; the Morgan-penned, autobiographical and anthemic 'I Am;' and the vivid character depiction of 'The Ballad of Mr. Jenkins.'

Little Bit of Life is the follow-up to Morgan's groundbreaking CD My Kind of Livin', which spawned country radio's most played song of 2005, the 5-week No 1 smash 'That's What I Love About Sunday,' as well as the chart-topping summer anthem 'Redneck Yacht Club.'

Morgan will spend the better part of the fall touring in support of Little Bit of Life, accompanied by his seasoned five-piece touring band. The schedule includes several dates honoring deployed soldiers and their families-a cause especially close to Morgan, himself an Army veteran. Audiences pack every venue he plays, drawn by his unique dynamic of presenting the high energy of an arena rock show, yet maintaining a sense of intimacy with his audience. And, as always, he will be towing his Kawasaki KX 250 off-road motorcycle in the trailer behind his bus.

The first leg of Morgan's Fall 2006 tour includes the following dates:
Sept. 8 Clarksville, TN McGregor Park
Sept. 9 Fayetteville, TN Lincoln County Fair
Sept. 10 University Park, PA Bryce Jordan Center (special show to welcome home deployed National Guard)
