SANTA MONICA, Ca. (Interscope/ Geffen/ A&M) - Multi-platinum Geffen recording artist The Game will release his highly anticipated sophomore album, Doctor's Advocate, on November 14, 2006. The Game's 2005 debut, The Documentary, which had a number of hit singles including "Hate It Or Love It," "How We Do," "Dreams" and "Put You On The Game," sold over five million copies worldwide.

The street single for Doctor's Advocate, "It's Okay (One Blood)" featuring Junior Reid, landed at radio stations in August and has quickly generated a firestorm of interest. The song cracked Billboard's Hot 100 chart, as well as its Hip-Hop and R&B Singles charts, and was added to regular rotation on 48 radio stations nationwide in its first week, making it the number one added urban single in the country. The video for "It's Okay (One Blood)," which follows The Game on a stroll through the grittier streets of Los Angeles, is receiving heavy airplay on MTV and BET.

The first official single for Doctor's Advocate is "Let's Ride (Strip Club)," is a collaboration between The Game and producer extraordinaire Scott Storch. A video for the new single is in the works and will air in October.

"Last time around I had to shock 'em. I had to let everyone know that I was the new force bringing back the West Coast, and that no one could ignore me. This time I had one thing in mind - greatness. I think the world will feel my hunger," said The Game, whose birth name is Jayceon Taylor.

Since the release of The Documentary, the self-proclaimed face of Los Angeles has been busy with an array of other work - releasing a series of ferocious mixtapes that captivated the rap music world; starring alongside Lorenz Tate, Meagan Good and Tyrese Gibson in the Rogue Pictures film, Waist Deep; and releasing new styles and colors and of his Hurricane sneaker line, made by 310 Motoring, for the fall season. As the buzz for Doctor's Advocate reaches a fever pitch, and if "It's Okay (One Blood)" is any indication, Jayceon Taylor may have the game in hand.
