Squint Donates $7000 To National Parkinson Foundation

Lindale, Georgia (Bitchin' Label) - Bitchin' Label Ready rock group Squint donated $7000 to The National Parkinson Foundation. The money was raised through their annual charity festival Squintfest (www.squintfest.com), bringing the total donation over the years to well over 22 thousand dollars! Squintfest is a 3 day charity music festival, featuring almost 20 bands, put on by Squint in North Louisiana. This was the 5th Squintfest.

Squint made the donation in memory of Jane Kay Fredrickson; mother of Squint guitarist Matt Fredrickson, who suffered from the disease for over 20 years before passing away.

For the 4th year in a row - Squint is proud to announce that we have been awarded an ASCAP Plus+ Award for 2006.

Sqint most recently had a number of their songs featured on A&E, Discovery Channel and the Travel Channel.

They are currently finishing up the writing for their new album and will be heading into the studio soon.
