Moneen Exclusive EP/DVD Available Now

(Vagrant Records) - Moneen have announced the release of their limited pressing, dual-disc EP, Saying Something You Have Already Said Before: A Quieter Side of Moneen. The EP is now available for purchase only on Moneen and Vagrant's online stores. See links to online stores below.

This dual disc was sold on the road as a tour exclusive while the band co-headlined a North American tour with Alexisonfire this past fall. Fans who were unable to make it to a Moneen concert on this tour will have the chance to pick up this limited EP. The Saying Something You Have Already Said Before: A Quieter Side of Moneen EP contains a 5 song EP, a bonus DVD of live concert footage, and brand new album art.

The EP, recorded in August 2006, features 4 acoustic versions of songs from Moneen's latest Vagrant release, The Red Tree (4/11/06), and will include one unreleased track from The Red Tree recording sessions (see track listing below). The EP was produced by vocalist/guitarist Kenny Bridges and co-produced, engineered, and mixed by Greg Dawson at BWC Studios in Moneen's hometown of Brampton, Ontario. The flip side of the disc is a live DVD of a Moneen concert filmed in Toronto at the wall-to-wall packed Opera House earlier this year.

This limited-edition disc can only be found at Moneen's online store, www.mymerchtable.com, and at the Vagrant online stores, store.vagrant.com and www.merchlackey.com.

Fans will still be able to purchase this EP while the band is on the road. Moneen will head to the UK on December 9h for a hand full of dates, wrapping up their relentless 2006 touring schedule to return home for a well deserved break. Moneen have big plans for 2007 and won't be resting long, as tours in Canada, Mexico, the US, UK, and Australia are being confirmed and will be announced shortly.
