ONDON, UK (www.asf-13thmoon.demon.co.uk) - After recently marking the 10 year anniversary of their own label - 13th Moon Records - with the release of the "Para-Abnormal" sampler CD, in 2007 Alien Sex Fiend have yet another anniversary to celebrate! The band was first formed in 1982, which will be 25 years ago next year (2007). Nik Fiend says "How the hell that happened - we don't know!! We're astounded that we're still here with marbles intact (well just about!) It's scary, amazing & brilliant all at the same time!" Mrs Fiend "We have decided to celebrate with some live shows in 2007 & on into 2008, this will run across our first meeting, our first demos, the very first gig at The Batcave club, the release of "Ignore The Machine" our first single, etc." The celebrations begin with shows in London, Waregem (Belgium) & Paris. London will be very special because Koko is the new name for the Camden Palace, a venue that witnessed some legendary early Alien Sex Fiend shows, & the band have not played in Belgium or France for several years. The shows will include songs from ASF's very beginning right up to date, a sort of "Greatest Hits" show if you will. Though in true Alien Sex Fiend style this will not be a regurgitation of the records - the songs will be attacked & mutilated in full-on fiendish fashion. Not limited to aural assault, the live ASF experience is a creature- feature cabaret with Munsterian magician Nik Fiend as ringleader, armed with his array of lethal props, and surrounded by utterly gonzo self-designed stage sets. These are events not to be missed! ALIEN SEX FIEND PLAYING LIVE IN 2007 Jan 13th - London, UK Jan 20th - Waregem, Belgium Jan 21st - Paris, France
