Kellie Pickler Set For Appearances On The Tonight Show & Ellen

NASHVILLE, TN (BNA) - Last week BNA newcomer Kellie Pickler spent a few days in New York City on special assignment for The Tonight Show With Jay Leno. While the full content of her segment will be revealed on the show next week, Kellie and crew visited several locations in Manhattan including Chinatown and her first ever ride on a subway.

70 plus floors above Rockefeller Center , with a rooftop, panoramic view of the city, Kellie extolled, 'I'd sure hate to wash all those windows!' Tune in to The Tonight Show on Thursday, December 14 and see Kellie intro the segment with Tonight Show host Jay Leno.

On Friday, December 15, Kellie will perform her hit song, 'Red High Heels,' on the syndicated, Ellen Show. While Ellen is known for wearing sneakers and not high heels, Kellie has a special gift for her.

While Kellie's single continues to climb the country singles chart, her album, Small Town Girl, which debuted at number one last month, is nearing gold. Kellie is the best selling new solo country artist of the year.
