NEW YORK, NY. (Top40 Charts/ VH1 PR) - KISS and VH1 Classic are gearing up on- air and online for the release of the "KISSology: Volume Two 1978-1991" DVD. On Friday, August 10 at 9:00 PM VH1 Classic will premiere "KISSology: The Volume 2 Special" a one-hour special hosted by
Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley. The two discuss some of the band's great moments seen on the upcoming KISSology DVD. Also featured is never-before-seen footage from the DVD including exclusive interviews, music videos and rare footage of the band during the KISSteria years. Then at 10:00 PM the network will premiere "VH1 Classic in Concert: KISS: Live from Sydney." The concert will also be available and archived for on-demand viewing on https://VH1Classic.com, beginning today, one day before its on-air debut on VH1 Classic.

The Sydney concert, which took place on 11/22/80 will feature performances of KISS hits including: Detroit Rock City, Cold Gin, Strutter, Shandi, Calling Dr. Love, Is That You, I Was Made For Lovin' You, Love Gun, Rock And Roll All Nite and Black Diamond.
Footage from the Sydney, Australia concert will also be available on the VH1 Classic Records' release "KISSology: Volume Two 1978-1991," the second installment of the definitive 3-part collection on DVD Tuesday, August 14, 2007.
