NEW YORK, NY. (Top40 Charts/ SpiralFrog) - SpiralFrog, Inc., the free ad-supported Web-based music experience, and INgrooves today announced a licensing agreement to make INgrooves' full catalog of audio and video files available on SpiralFrog (www.spiralfrog.com).
Nearly 100,000 songs and 2,000 videos from INgrooves and its distribution division, ONE Digital, are included in the agreement. The deal also enhances SpiralFrog's offering of international music, with the inclusion of INgrooves' iMusica catalog of 4,000 Brazilian albums.

INgrooves provides digital marketing and distribution services to labels and artists including ESL Music (Thievery Corporation, Federico Aubele), StartArt (Bo Bice, Tila Tequila), Chocolate Industries (Lady Sovereign), bluhammock music (Cary Brothers, Swati), The Simpsons Movie Soundtrack, The Crystal Method and Too $hort. INgrooves also provides low cost distribution and royalty administration services via its ONE Digital platform to labels and aggregators including VP Records, iMusica and Digital Delivery Services.
