ATLANTA (RNRHOF Website) - TLC was inducted into the Georgia Music Hall Of Fame on Saturday night (September 28). TLC's Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas accepted the award with her son, Tron, on behalf of the group at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta. Arista president L.A. Reid told the audience that groupmember Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins was unable to attend because she was hospitalized - the singer suffers from sickle cell anemia.

Thomas explained to the Atlanta-Journal Constitution that she was the biggest fan of the group, "It is more of an honor for me to be in TLC. I've been in TLC for 12 years, and I still look good."

Also inducted into the Georgia Hall Of Fame on Saturday were Clarence Carter, the Harmoneers Quartet, and Tom Wright.

In related news, TLC's new set, 3D, is due out November 12. The first single, "Quickie," was produced by Dallas Austin and is scheduled for release later this month.

3D is dedicated to late groupmember Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes, who was killed in a car accident in Honduras in April. The set was produced by Timbaland & Missy Elliott, Rodney Jerkins, Babyface & Darryl Simmons, Edmund Clement, the Neptunes, and Organized Noize
