NY (AP) - Madonna and her ever-shifting appearance, attire and artistic ventures could make a chameleon's multiple changes seem monotonous. Right now, she's a pop diva touring the world but -- BLINK! -- and she's an actress on silver screens everywhere. Although the exact production date is hazy right now, Madonna is slated to star in director hubby Guy Ritchie's upcoming film, Swept Away.

The movie, set against the Mediterranean, is a remake of an Italian love story originally released in1975, about a spoiled rich woman who falls under the charms of a communist sailor. However, the film won't be the couple's maiden voyage into collaboration - as he directed the video for her single "What It Feels Like for a Girl," as well as an Internet film for BMW, in which Madonna was also a star light, star bright.
