DETROIT (Eminem Fans Website) - Ali Miyzaan, a Detroit rapper who had a small non-speaking role in Eminem's new movie 8 Mile, was shot in the stomach outside of the movie's premiere at Detroit's Phoenix Theatre on November 9. Miyzaan, who was attempting to break up a fight outside the theater when he was shot by an unidentified assailant, was not seriously injured. Police have not made any arrests.

In related news, 8 Mile was knocked from the Number One position this weekend by Harry Potter And The Chamber Of Secrets. 8 Mile landed at Number Two this time out, earning $21.3 million this weekend after clearing the $54 million mark in its opening weekend.
